NWLTSH redesignated for the next four years

We are delighted to announce that North West London Teaching School Hub, a part of Wembley Multi-Academy Trust, has been redesignated by the DfE as the Teaching School Hub for Brent, Barnet and Enfield for the next four years, This followed the tendering process that went out to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts in September 2023. Wembley Multi-Academy Trust was first designated in 2021, and became one of the 87 Teaching School Hubs in the national rollout.

We are privileged to be able to continue to support teachers at every stage of their career, through the delivery of the highest quality golden thread CPD provision. We want to play a particular thanks to Ambition Institute, for our partnership through ECF and NPQs, as well as our Delivery Partners and Visiting Fellows across our patch for delivering excellent experiences for our participants.

As we look into the next redesignation period, we will continue to build on the strong foundations that we have developed so far, including numerous new and exciting partnerships with schools across the patch. We are also particularly looking forward to training our first teacher trainee (SCITT) cohort across our partner schools. We know how important it is to get top talent into the profession, and we’re keen to watch these trainees make an impact in their placement schools over time.
