Become a Visiting Fellow
Becoming a Visiting Fellow offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of education. By facilitating training and supporting professional growth, you’ll have a direct impact on developing the next generation of teachers and leaders, while also advancing your own leadership skills and expertise.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR ITT & ECF ARE NOW OPEN FOR 25/26.
The number of Visiting Fellows we assign to deliver programmes is based on the number of ECTs, aspiring/established leaders, and trainee teachers who register for our ECF, ITT and NPQ programmes.
Context
Our Visiting Fellows are experienced facilitators who play a key role in delivering ITT, ECF, and NPQ programmes. We partner with Ambition Institute to deliver our ECF and NPQ programmes, and with both Teach First and Ambition Institute for our ITT programmes.
Diversity and Local Context
We are committed to ensuring that our group of Visiting Fellows reflects the diverse experiences of the pupils and teachers across our local areas. As part of this commitment, we are continuously looking to recruit and grow our pool of Visiting Fellows, particularly those with an understanding of the local context.
